Respecting the days of Hanukkah.

We will tour through the picturesque Nachlaot neighborhoods, settled at the end of the 19th century and among the first outside the ancient city's walls.

Nachlaot is a district of smaller neighborhoods, each with its own unique character. We will hear the history of each of the neighborhoods as we walk through them.

We will perform the traditional Hanukkah rituals and discuss the origins of these customs. We will also be treated to a display of Menorahs at the entrances to local homes, and we’ll conclude this portion of the tour with a visit to the colorful Mahane Yehuda market.
