We will visit Eleutheropolis (Beit Guvrin) and Maresha and possibly take part in an archeological excavation.

We will visit wineries and goat dairy farms, and we will crawl through caves and water tunnels extant from the period of the Bar Kokhba revolt. We will explore the Karst Caves in the area, and visit sites that recreate ancient farm life, replete with terraces.
